This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Revitalize your body, relax your mind and reduce stress.

Lorain County JVS Adult Career Center is located at 15181 State Route 58, Oberlin, OH 44074. Please enter the campus via the SR 58 entrance, then park in the front visitor parking lot.
